- Age requirements: 30-45 years
1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated in human resources management and related majors;
2. At least 3 years experience in human resources management; 1 year experience in the same position;
3. Familiar with the use of office software and human resources related professional tools;
4. Have systematic learning and professional training, concrete and solid theoretical knowledge, familiar with human resources related labor laws and policies;
5. Have certain training experience ability, good at salary and performance management modules;
6. Have strong learning ability, problem-solving ability, analysis ability and execution ability.
